The banana shake was surprisingly tasty - will be more than happy to get more of those in future. The caramel bar was nice, but a little too much for me to have every day - hope the chocolate ones I'll pick up tomorrow are good, so I can alternate those flavours.
Slept the afternoon away after lunch - had a really bad sleep last night because of heat, noise, allergies and other factors. I wasn't too hungry with what I have eaten today. I need to memorise my 'allowed any time' list and see what I can prepare to just grab and snack on when I feel peckish.
Feeling positive about this. ^_^
