Day 2

Breakfast:
pina colada shake

Lunch:
caramel bar

Afternoon tea:
almonds x10
banana

Dinner:
chicken san choi bao (from recipe book)

Water:
2L

Activity:
minimal (10 minutes walking)


Very tired again today - possibly a result of my changed diet and not getting enough vitamins, possibly just not getting enough sleep. If it keeps up I will look at getting vitamin supplements to take as well. Also been very hungry - so much wanted to be able to have some bread. Starting on the food withdrawals I think. Blah. Had more water today, and picked up the chocolate brownie flavour replacement bars.

Still feeling positive, just a little sorry for myself and missing my favourite foods.
