Quiet day today, mostly spent reading up on the diet and learning more about it. Didn't feel like drinking much water today - I did try, just really couldn't get much more down. The morning shake was awful, I had to force it down. Definitely crossing that flavour off my list. The yoghurt I had for my snack was ok, but I couldn't finish it all. Too ... something. I don't know. Not quite as tired today, which is good. Bad belly again tonight after dinner. Been waking up to pee in the middle of the night, too, as a result of drinking so much more water. It's annoying.
Still feeling positive, determined and proud of myself.
