Slow day today - slept in until 10am. I think I needed that, as I haven't felt as tired today as I have been. Felt really hungry today, though. Plus I've had rather a bad belly. I'll see if that continues - might need to talk to my consultant. Feeling proud of myself today, when my son offered me some Doritos and I said no (though I did have a big sniff at the bag) even though my stomach was telling me they were exactly what I wanted. Having to make lunches for others when the bread smells so nice, and bread's always been one of my favourite foods ... it's hard. But I'm resisting temptation and surprising myself with how strong I am being during this.
Feeling encouraged.
